Orders are usually ready for pickup within 2 hours after receiving your order confirmation. With exception if your item(s) is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible. Orders placed 1 hour before closing will be processed next business day. Please call ahead if you need further assistance. We have 15 minute parking at the back alley.

Thursday - Pitt Meadows/ Maple Ridge

Friday - Surrey/ Langley

Saturday - special requests

Sunday - North & West Vancouver (every other week)

Things to know... 

• No deliveries on Saturday expect prearranged.
• Unfortunately, our delivery service is not available for the downtown area at this current moment. Please kindly place an order online and visit our store for pickup.
• If you are not going to be home, please leave instructions to where to leave the order, otherwise, it will be up to the delivery person's discretion in determining a suitable storage place.
• If you live in a condo or apartment, please provide instructions to leave with the concierge, a neighbour, or buzz code. Someone must be home for the delivery. As we can't leave it in the hallway as per fire safety regulations. An ETA email will be sent once the order has been process and is ready for delivery. 
• Same day order cutoff: Orders must be received by 7am the day of to qualify for route. (stock depending)
• Orders will be dispatched between 5pm to 8pm, arrival time will depend on the amount of orders, weather and traffic on route. Specific delivery time cannot be given but we will do our best to accommodate any special needs.
• Local delivery (excluding Downtown) $8, Next Business Day (excluding Downtown) $15. Free delivery for orders $95 (before taxes) and over.
• We are not responsible for any product spoilage due to orders being left out for a prolonged amount of time.
• Due to the nature of the products we sell. No returns or exchanges on delivered raw food items, bully sticks, and unwrapped chews.
